Landdesk is an AI-powered document intelligence platform built for oil and gas title professionals. We help landmen turn stacks of scanned courthouse records into structured, verified runsheets in hours instead of days.

How it works

1. Upload scanned deeds, leases, assignments, and probate documents from your county recorder.
2. Extract — our OCR + AI pipeline reads each page, identifies the instrument type, and extracts grantors, grantees, dates, legal descriptions, royalty rates, and lease clauses.
3. Review — every field shows a confidence score and links back to the source page so you can verify at a glance.
4. Export — generate professional runsheets, ownership reports, title summaries, curative memos, and lease schedules in XLSX, PDF, or DOCX.
